Johnson & Johnson – Mentor

We conceptualised, designed and developed Mentor’s website

We were tasked with identifying the optimal positioning for Mentor vis-a-vis its competitors in our conceptualising of the new regional Mentor website. Through extensive market research analysis and grid mapping of Mentor’s competition we helped them to better understand their client base (Emotional / Rational-Patient centered / Doctor centered) and identify opportunities and gaps in the market. Mentor’s website was redesigned to target consumers with an emotional approach, communicating authenticity and trustworthiness. This was achieved through careful image design and selection of imagery and colours to more clearly define the tone of voice.  (in collaboration with Altais)
