In-store Product Recommender
Based on research insight that the majority of consumers already have a brand in mind when shopping for deodorants, we developed an in-store interactive digital tool, designed to break the inertia of “buying by brand first”. The 60 second personalised interactive tool has 2 distinct objectives – to provide the in-store beauty advisor with a recommendation of the best deodorant for each shopper’s individual needs, and at the same time to train and educate the beauty advisor on the Rexona products.
